Hostinger AI Builder (formerly Horizons)

Hostinger AI Builder combines Hostinger’s website builder and Horizons in one tool, with a drag-and-drop Manual mode and a conversational Agentic mode for building websites, shops and web apps.

About this tool

Hostinger Horizons, the company’s prompt-to-app builder, has been folded into Hostinger AI Builder together with its earlier website builder. The result is one product with two ways of working. Manual mode is a visual drag-and-drop editor suited to business sites, portfolios, blogs and small online shops, and it does not spend AI credits. Agentic mode is fully conversational: you describe what you need and the AI produces both design and code, which suits web apps, client portals, membership areas and tools with user accounts.

Both modes start from a description, an existing website address or a template, and create a first version that you refine by editing or by continuing the conversation. Plans bundle hosting, a domain and business email, a back end so no separate database is needed, and Stripe payments for subscriptions or single purchases. Agentic mode also opens a code editor and wider integrations, for example AdSense, PayPal or other services reached through APIs.

In Agentic mode, credits are used each time the project is created or changed through chat, and again when visitors use AI features inside the published app. Hostinger estimates that a simple business page needs roughly five to ten credits, while larger apps need more. Text and images can be changed directly without spending credits, and projects can be exported and hosted elsewhere, which limits lock-in.

What you can do

Manual mode

Drag-and-drop editing for classic websites, without AI credit consumption.

Agentic mode

Build and change sites or web apps by describing them in a chat, with a code editor available.

Built-in back end and payments

Database-free setup on your side, plus Stripe for one-off and recurring payments.

Hosting included

Hosting, business email and a domain (free with annual plans) come with every plan.

Code export

Export the generated code to host the project on another platform.

Who is it for?

  • A consultant describes a booking page and publishes it the same day with a custom domain.
  • A founder prototypes a small subscription web app with sign-in and Stripe payments.
  • A shop owner starts in Manual mode and later switches to Agentic mode for custom features.

Before you choose

Credits are also consumed when visitors use AI features in a live app; watch the usage dashboard before promoting such features widely.

Integrations are narrower in Manual mode, and plan prices depend on billing length; check the current plans before committing.

Frequently asked questions

What happened to Hostinger Horizons?

Hostinger merged Horizons and its website builder into Hostinger AI Builder; the conversational way of building lives on as Agentic mode.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Both modes work from plain-language descriptions or templates, and developers can still edit code directly in Agentic mode.

Can I move my project elsewhere?

Yes. Hostinger states that you can export the code of your website or app and host it on another platform.
