Sunsama
Sunsama is a daily planner that pulls tasks from tools like Asana, Jira and Slack into one list and helps you timebox a realistic plan on your calendar.
About this tool
Sunsama is a planning app built around a daily routine. Each morning it guides you through choosing what to work on, estimating how long each item takes and checking that the day’s workload is realistic. Tasks are then timeboxed onto your calendar, so you can see what actually fits alongside your meetings.
Work arrives from many places, and Sunsama gathers it into one list: tasks from Asana, Trello or Jira, emails dragged into the queue, and Slack or Teams messages turned into tasks. During the day it offers focus timers and break reminders, and at the end it records completed work. Weekly reviews show how time was spent, which helps adjust future plans and avoid overcommitting.
